Weatherization Assistance

The Weatherization Assistance Program helps low-income people pay for home insulation and other energy-saving improvements to help lower their heating bills. To become eligible for weatherization, you must be eligible for energy assistance. Call toll-free at 1-800-233-8503 and request an application be sent to you or print an application from https://dss.sd.gov/formsandpubs/docs/ENERGY/energyassistanceapplication.pdf.
